Hijacked
Incredible album. Worth every cent. Seriously, you will not hear anything as simultaneously catchy and complex as these songs. This music is as contemporary as it gets, and the album will go down as one of 2007's best.
HIJK rocks my socks off....to Mars!
Complex, melodic, and creative - the dueling vocals are really unique and beautiful. These guys know their stuff and push it to the next level. This music will make you smarter - so get on it!
'The Pen and the Letter' will get stuck in your head for days and you will be oh-so-glad it's there to keep you company. HIJK are not only artists but amazing performers - the only thing better than this record is their live show. Maybe.
Unreal and Fantastic
This album is outstanding. It's really that simple. From the opening track "Alibi" through "September Looms On a Hill" and all the way to "Hey Sleepy Smile", this album just does not quit. HIJK has done a fantastic job of carving out a well polished yet incredibly original sound and they should be applauded for their effort. This album is, by far, one of the year's best.
