Amazing!!

just great music
by burn brightI cannot stop playing this album--one of my top picks of...ever. The first few chords of every track on this CD find me thinking "ooo, this one's my favorite." Each has some special musical element that I love, each some poetic lyric that lodges itself in my heart. And the best part is the red I feel hasn't faded to grey even after countless listenings and inadvertently memorizing all the lyrics!

by Michael Vincent MusicFrom Just Say Anything, I was grabbed! And even though it took me a little longer to get to the other tunes (hey, we all listen to our faves over and over again for a while, right?), the whole record (does anyone say that anymore?) has totally grown on me - start to finish!
It's been a great treat watching Five AM grow into success as locals and soon-to-be-nationally-known artists. And it couldn't happen to a nicer bunch o' blokes, either! These gents are as well received as their genuine spirits deserve.
With Trent's stage presence and tunes that truly draws the audience in, the band is crisp, direct, and bold. Guitar licks by Zach Hammer are concise and tasty, while aiding the cause of pushing the songs to their peak of rock perfection!
Every time I hear some news about another milestone of the band's progress towards the stardom they're apparently fated for, I find myself smiling and say, (as if to them), "GO, dudes! Right ON!" 'Raise the Sun' is one of those moments.
