Great Noise
by Marlon CherryI love this cd! If it were a vinyl record I'd have worn it out already and I've only had it for a couple of months. Lucibel Crater's music truly transports the listener to other places and states of mind. Fantastic booty shakin' grooves, a sonic palette that seems limitless, and vocals/lyrics that give me the feeling of being in a tripped out film noir. This music is dangerous and beautiful, everything you want in a seductress. And Lou Reed adds some metal machine to track 4. I hope
this band makes more great noise for a long time. In the meantime, I'll enjoy spinning "The Family Album" for many repeated listenings.
