A solid Sophomore offering from Crooked Crow
by CrookedCrowMan"Real People" takes a slightly harder rock tack than Crooked Crow's last CD, "Running To Mercury." With the addition of the band's new drummer, Crooked Crow's songwriting took on a heavier nuance, prompting an overall "edgier," more rocked-out feel to the songs on this record.
These songs were released as a five-song EP in order to let the band's fans get an early taste of the new direction Crooked Crow's sound has taken. Fans at recent shows have been very enthusiastic about the new sound, and the band is looking forward to further developing their ever-growing following in the DC area and points beyond.
