The Hanks are devoted
by MusicalCritI wish they were more popular around the US, but I agree with the other reviews - they are awesome, and they really care about their fans. I also met them in a mall and immediately bought their CD. They were really nice guys, and were appreciative of the purchase. I think PHX is my favorite song on this CD - the lead singer's voice is so hauntingly beautiful at the end. I really hope these guys are around for a long time.

by one fell swooperHmm Where to start, I bought Your New Attraction from the band years ago, they walked up had me listen to a song, 30 sec. in I had already bought their cd. Since then I had been wondering if and when the hanks were going to put out a new album...Thank you for Distance... An Amazing album, i really cant get enough of it. Take my word for it you can't go wrong buying this album.

by KW93I bought this CD from the drummer of the band in a mall last year. It's really good, and the sound is really fresh! They're for sure a stand out band, and they seem to care a lot about their fanbase as seen from other reviews - they go around malls searching for hopeful fans :)
My favorite songs are "PHX", "Dim Echos", "The Lunchtime Crowd", and "The Wrath of Poseidon."
