Best Band Ever!!
by vmscvsI have listened to this band since 2006! This is one of the best bands I have ever heard! Barely anyone else compares. Every song has poetic meaning and you can draw from her lyrics. She is a true lyrical poet and was born to sing. No question about it, The Ropes is a must have band! If you read this and still do not buy everyone of her songs, you do not understand how much you are deprived of sanity!!
good start
by Gregory Von FancypantsThis is a great breakout EP! Excellent tunes. I Don't Like to Get Dirty is an instant classic and Cry to the Beat really speaks. I prefer this version of Dead and Well to their other one. Unfortunatly You Are the Gravity and All That Disappointment leave a little to be desired this definatly shows their potential as a great band although the full album is better.

The Ropes mixes Sharon's sick vocals with Toppy's awesome guitar and drums and turns it into some of the best music ever. They deserve some serious airwave play and a major label signing, 'cause they are that good. Hats off to The Ropes!
