this is an amazing album that really captures what rock music is suppost to be. its not like what you have ever heard before. this is the best three piece band ever. its amazing what these guys can do. they are also amazing live.

A NECESSITY

if you buy this you will not regret it. this cd is strong all the way through and is a refreshing display of some amazing talent. the songs are well composed, original, and well, rock. what a great band.

Heavy, grungy, quirky rock... awesome

These guys are my favorite local band in the Chicago area. Their music reminds me at times of Fugazi and Slint, but they're heavier than either of those bands. Occasional use of odd time signatures and polyrhythms keeps things interesting and quirky. The production value is pretty darn good for an indie release; it definitely wasn't just slapped together. "Aphoristic Instruction" and "Bad Actors" strike me as perhaps the most "radio friendly" songs, but they're all really good.
