What more could be said for this great man that is why they call him "Doc" Stanely

by rmstudio

This is the roots of blue grass and country. You wont see season tones coming from no other singer like Ralph "Doc" Stanley. It only comes with his year and years of experience that he has worked hard on. You can hear it in his voice. I love his later years albums that hold a salty lispy tone. Its a sound that only a man of his age and experience can achieve. If you can see him in concert. This is what real talent is about. I can smell the old hickory burning that long black plumes of smoke in that fire when I listen to his music. And thats coming from a half latin guy in california that truely loves bluegrass. Thank you Ralph Stanley for the magic.
