Better of the two

I found this EP to be the better of the two. My only problem is that they were both released too close to the album's release.
The sounds of this one was overall more like a Western.

I find this one excellent as a taste of an exvolution of their sound thus far.

Skip the EP and buy the full album.

I bought the Yes and No EP as soon as it came out, and I was hugely disappointed in it. The music was sounded interesting - cool synthesizer sounds and all - but it just wasn't entertaining. I almost gave up on Venus Hum based on this EP, but I took the plunge and bought the new album instead. Where this EP is mostly not worth the money, the album is stunning. It's worth every penny, and then some. Unless you absolutely have to have everything Venus Hum does, forget this EP.

Yes, Yes, Yes!

As always, Venus Hum delivers! The true Venus Hum fan will appreciate the diversity they continue to offer with their music. (Not every song they produce should sound like Soul Sloshing or Montana. How boring would that be?!?) "Yes and No" is empowering as well as toe tapping - it is one of my new Venus Hum favorites! "I'd Like to Tell You" goes in a new direction with a darker sound. I can't wait for even more new music from Venus Hum.
