I'll join the chorus and question how iTunes cannot offer the marvelous movie to go along with this album? They form a fantastic complement. The Glass score is dark and mysterious and a perfect setting to the screenplay and truly magical cinematography.

A lot of the songs sound very similar to each other, but I can overlook that given how beautiful they are. There are several that are just so breathtaking, I had to get them, even if that meant buying a whole album. I consider it some of his best work.

I saw the movie and loved the score, and so I went on iTunes to get some of the songs when I realized you can only buy the album. I've debating to buy the whole album for months and now I finally have. The great music from The Illusionist has finally defeated me.
