Nice tribute to hits from back in the day!
by ogarcia2005I just rented this movie and they had some great characters like Christian Bale, Eva Longoria and Freddy Rodriguez before their present famous days. I loved the music because it reminded me of my high school days! If you are from the Old School hip hop/rap world, you must check it out.

I liked it
by CowboysFromHellI don't know about anyone else, but I liked Harsh Times. It may seem like Bale just playing another psycho character, but he does give some depth to an otherwise one-dimensional character. With this and The Prestige, maybe the Academy will FINALLY give an award to an actor who truly deserves his due. I also agree about "Return of the Tres." It really fit the movie well. If you are a fan of Training Day, the give Harsh Times a chance.
