Great Instrumentals for working out, meditating, driving...
by MajorCThe slow songs (One Come We, Coal Coal Black) are great for relaxing, meditating, stretching. The midtempo songs (Slow Is the New Fast, Make Me Shake) compliment light workouts or dinner parties. The fast ones (We Do Supersonic, Da Riddim Griffin, Be My Woman...) work well for aerobics or high-energy situations.
