Can't be topped.
by jklsdfjklThis album never, never gets old. I've owned it for around two years now and I never get tired of listening to it. The lyrics are creative and entertaining, yet easy to relate to. The music is catchy and beautiful. Thanks Mandy for making good, timeless music.
Secular Selections is APPROPRIATE!

These six songs take you from soaring rock melodies (understudy, mamas papas & phone booths) to heartfelt balladry (saddest thing) to bass bumping pop-hop (warm, secret life of willard scott) to the gospel truth of, well, Mr. T. Witty lyrics and crafty pop-culture references make this album rewarding, even after the ninth time! The production on all these tracks is so tight it makes you wonder why you haven't heard this album blaring out every radio station in america already... I can't wait to hear a long player from this artist!

by TeedlesOn the first listen I didn't quite get it..... I liked the sound and her voice is unbelievable, but I couldn't stop thinking about the songs! I eventually came back to the sight to listen to "Warm" which I heard on the radio. On the second listen, it clicked. That's when I got it!!!
She is brilliant! Who is she? Where is she from..... I WANT TO KNOW MORE! From the lyrical depth of "Mama's" to the tongue in cheek, yet (somehow) sincere "Mr.T" she has a way of saying I understand your dilemma, while rolling her eyes and the whole time you feel better just knowing you have a chance to listen to her opinion!
