They get better everytime
by Bruce storytellerI have heard them in person numerous times and they just keep getting better. "More Behind the Picture Than the Wall"-is worth the whole price of the CD. Honesty and conviction in their music shines through. If you haven't heard them in person, do so,-it sounds just like they are in a studio and the banter with the audience is refreshing and not contrived.
Phenominal Album
by CoeurThis album really highlights Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver as they hit their stride with a third secular album on a row. This All-Star band covers a wide range of music from the fast moving and fun "Sadie's Got Her New Dress On" to thought provoking title cut "More Behind the Picture Than the Wall". I highly recommend this album and group to all BlueGrass Fans as well as anyone who appreciates good musicianship, strong vocals, and fun music.
The pure country harmony is a natural taste.
