There are better...
by baerroI am a VSQ fan. I am also a HUGE Killers fan (probably my favorite band). That said, I had high hopes. Surprisingly, these two bands don't really mix well (I think "Hot Fuss" was the wrong album to do a tribute to; "Sam's Town" probably would've been better). That's not to say that *every* track isbad, though (otherwise I would've given this only 1 star). I recommend track 5, "All These Things That I've Done".
A much better VSQ tribute is their tribute to Coldplay.

for one thing...
by kirsten and katiethis is amazing! i am completely amazed that the vitamin string quartet can even play all the different parts of songs. i mean, some of the other tributes are to bands that have four guitars, a singer and drums. how do they even play all of that?
it's awesome. any true fan of the killers would love this.
another thing i would like to say is to BRCRCL. obviously you must not listen to the killers because their music is complex, and it shows an extreme amount of skill to play on a violin, or any other instrument, i'm sure. if you don't like the killers, then why are you reviewing a tribute to them? i don't review music i don't listen to. as for music i don't like, i don't spend enough time on the page to bother with reviewing it.
