Anders is a musical treasure!

by drjspedEvery so often you hear an artist that just blows you away. One day, years ago, I was listening to NPR and heard Anders' "Pleasin' You" and the guitar solo just wiped me out. Through the years I have listened to him grow as an artist, most notably, a New Orleans artist. Yet, he still remains a solid blues guitarist. This CD is another step in that evolution. He provides the songartistry that represents the bayou and the Big Easy, while sounding a bit like a Southern Van Morrison. This CD may be Ander's "Philosopher's Stone". While I tend to favor "When I'm Back on my feet", "Coming Down", and "My Old Heart", the recording is solid from beginning to end with great engineering, and fantastic accompaniment. Treat yourself to this album, you won't regret it
