Definitely Worth a Listen (and 5 bucks) - Solid Psychedlic Indie Pop
by analog vs digitalThis EP is one of the best collections of songs I've heard in a while. The production is lush but simple and there's a touch of '60s psychedelia in every track. As a big fan of analog/old school recordings, I can't help but get excited about the use of what sounds like a mellotron (like on The Beatles' "Strawberry Fields"). I especially dig the bridge of the first song "Sifting" and all of track 3 "Crashing Down". I really dig the lyrics to all the songs - very visual and poetic. Over all, it's a mellow listen and it's well worth the time and money.
