a different season

by it's easy being green!

bradley's first cd comforted me through some spiritual stuff going on in my life, and this came along when i needed some breakup poems to cry myself to sleep with. this cd is gorgeous, BECAUSE of his plain voice and warbling melodies. it'll break your heart and heal it at the same time.
if you don't wanna lay down the money for the whole album, my favorites are "Dakota," "Let me be a lighthouse..." and "Our love was good." The best absolutely is "Lighthouse." The beautiful beautiful harp in the back makes me want to cry and climb a mountain at the same time.
this is poetry and songwriting at its most honest and bare and beautiful. don't miss out.

Downgrade from "All the hits"

I dearly love Bradley and his work, I always read and listen to "All the hits " and was very excited for his new work to come out, but when I got it I was disappointed, music instead of spoken word (sorry Bradley you do not posses the best singing voice), and it seems his content took a drop. All about love, and not Christ's love directly , but the love of a boy for a girl. Don't get me wrong, that is not bad...but I miss the spiritual uplifting poetry that I could come to when I was hurting or needing encouragement. As much as I want to support this sincere man, I sadly say that this album made me loose interest.
I encourage you all to check out All the Hits if you haven't.

This album is amazing. I really liked his poems and i didn't know if he could pull singing off, but he does. Buy this album and support Bradley. He deserves it.
