loves her soldier
by music lovin' girlthis movie couldn't be any better, the music is fabulous. i LOVE this movie! i watch it everytime i miss my soldier. he just came back today! i would defintily recommend it

by Huh?What?So, what's interesting about this is that people are obviously upset that this isn't a compilation of music from the movie, but the score from the film. Now, with that being said quit referring to "pop music" as "real music". Every single pop song from the past 50 years is based around the same sort of musical progression, therefore invalidating the fact that it is "real" music. Just because it has words, and makes your head nod, does not make it REAL music. Composers, REAL musicians, work their music from the beginning. They have knowledge of instruements, ranges, meters, dramatic interpretation, actual compositional skills, and the ability to make you feel simply through the use of instruments. THESE people are REAL musicians who create REAL music. Not pop artists. I get it, you're upset that this album doesn't have your favorite song from the movie on it, but DON'T give it a bad review based on that. Go off to the music store and find a copy if these songs on other albums. Don't get me wrong, I like pop music as much as the next guy, but when you negatively rate a piece of art from an artist simply because it doesn't feature songs with words, you're asinine.
