Otherworldly
by Semper DictumAgain, another excellent departure from the wonderful classical music we've come to expect from Mark Andersen. "Celestina" is unusual and vibrant, particularly the songs "Seduction" and "Mayanmama," the latter of which is pleasingly percussive and tribal. You can imagine creation and dance, and maybe even a different universe, as you listen. Exciting and unusual music.
I want to dance
by Fine MusicI can visualize the dancing while listening to this CD. The movement and progression of the music paints images in my mind of costumes and whirling and jumping and dancing. I am almost choreographing it in my mind as hear it.
