Hands down the most amazing EP I have ever heard. Hands down best band live. Hands down nicest, most humble guys and girl you'll ever meet. There are some EPs I have heard that are quite good, but the emotions this band can evoke from 5 different styles of tracks on this EP is simply incredible.

too mainstream

I still do enjoy the music from this new EP, but nowhere near as much as the first album. "All These Houses Look The Same" was so pure and unique it made you feel almost magical when you hear it, with poetic lyrics that really meant something and a new sound of music for your ears and mind to dance with. This new album so far sounds very mainstream top 40 like. I was very dissapointed when I heard it just because it sounds absolutely nothing like the first. Less guitar and more piano. When this band tries they can really stand out (In a good way).

I liked it

A lot of people say that this album is too different compared to All the Houses Look the Same, and I agree it is a little different sound, but it's still good music. If this had the exact same sound as ATHLTS, then people would have criticized it, saying it sounded exactly the same as the first album. Bands can't have the same sound forever! It's always cool when a band branches out a little bit and tiptoes into a little different genre. I think it's good, and I applaud Deas Vail for stepping out and not being afraid to take chances.
