Good fun!

by trobotcrow

Don't listen to that other reviewer -- not only is that 1-4-5 pattern as old as American Music, but John Cougar's is a COVER of that song. Rock 'n' Roll "stole" that from blues in the 50s, and every other style of music has used it since.

The Right Bastards are not going to blow anyone's mind with innovation. They're a party band, like Barenaked Ladies or Moxy Fruvous. If you're just looking for fun and a good time, you'll get it. Their lyrics are clever and their melodies are catchy. Sometimes, that's all I want from a band.

Rip Off

by Cerny

I only bought one song off of this album. It was "Lee Wang" and after listening to it I realized that the right bastards totally ripped off John Meloncamp's "Authority Song." Its not similar, its EXACTLY the same... Thats pretty low right bastards...
