It's about the music...
by Kias...not the spelling. There are plenty of uses of the word aint also but I happen to love the songs from this album. They paint a detailed picture of the drinks they are titled after. It's spunky, fun, refreshing & if you listen with your heart, your mind AND your ears you can't help but come away from it with an enchanting, beautiful experience. I've set this artist on my alerts cause I can't wait to see what pictures she paints with her next album. Excellent work, Stephanie!
Unimpressed
by The True BaristaYou spelled Cocoa, Cappuccino and Espresso wrong. So much for coffee culture.
OK for background music
by jeffspc88mxApple's 'common interest' algorithm thought that, since I bought a lot of 'Oregon', I might like Stephanie's work. I am now a sceptic of such programming. "Coffee Culture" is a nice enough set of new age-ish beat-box sequences overridden by Stephanie's guitar work, but it's repetitive and a bit sleepy. Pleasant enough stuff for lounging about (and perhaps this would've been better packaged as 'lounge' genre), but how it got associated with a band like Oregon is a bit baffling.
