A Surprising Piece of Brilliant Music
by BrediusI never saw this movie, and I generally do not care for the music of Philip Glass. That being said, this is one of the most surprising and amazing pieces of music I have heard in several years. There is a beautiful melancholy throughout the album. I highly recommend it for studying or just staring out a window, relaxing, on a cloudy day.
Phillip Glass
by Minimal Performer.Phillip Glass is a fantastic Minimalist composer. His work with the hours reaches into the basic relationship between humans and music. The hours is like an Glassworks turned epic.

by LandonXDI view this album as essential to my music collection. It's great to study to, or relax, although it's a bit morbid. All of the friends I've recommended it to have fallen in love with it. It's got the highest play count of all because I listen to it so often. This score is amazing.
