refreshing new sound
by azurastratI first heard adam play a few years back at a cafe in boston, and I've never forgotten his name, or sound. There's something for everyone on this album- from the upbeat catchy tune of "History," to the heartwrenching lyrics of the title track, "Back from War." Anyone who's ever gone through the emotional rollercoaster of the beginning, middle, and end of a relationship can relate to this album. The artist has stripped away the sugarcoating of most pop music and written lyrics that are completely raw, and honest- something that most of the bands that you hear on the radio these days could stand to learn. I would highly recommend this album to anyone that has ears.
