Lovely sincerity.
by fadingfacesI caught a live performance by chance and decided to give this EP a go. I thought I liked what I heard but the venue had crappy sound. I thought it deserved a second listen. After a few spins, his song are now among my favorites. Dying Unaware is my favorite of the bunch but they all share a level of sincerity that I think is hard to find these days in contemporary music, even in folk. I was worried that I would find his music too sappy but I was really touched by his earnest song writing. I'm glad I stumbled onto this.
