What a great memory
by hcblassI started going to TRF (Texas Renaisance Festival) back in the early 80s.. I think the sixth annual was my first time. I remember this group in the mid 80s, and wore this tape out. It was consistently one of my favorites. I was very excited to see this wonderful memory on iTunes, and the download is almost finished. Time to go listen again!
Good Night and Joy Be with You All
by BarbursoThis brings back great memories of renfaires past. Celtic Stone was a popular act at both Scarborough Faire, and Texas Renaissance Festival back in the 80s. I am glad they got together for a digital collection. I especially liked David Clauss on hammered dulcimer. My only complaint was that The Parting Glass was not on this album. Sharon Fischer's haunting voice was made for that song, but I guess she was not available.

by spkregarGreat album! This is a wonderful mix of traditional tunes and instruments arranged with some modern instruments, almost in the vein of Steeleye Span. The first three tracks are pure gems!
