There Was Something Familiar About Him...
by BlueOceano84My favorite musician has always been Justin Hayward. However, I also enjoy celtic music very much and stumbled upon the group Anúna. When I saw Anúna in concert, John McGlynn stood out of the bunch and there was something so familiar about him... his singing and playing style. I got hooked on his music! Then I found out that one of his major influences is Justin Hayward!!! No wonder why I can't get enough of this guy! You will not regret buying this album if you like Hayward's style of music. You'll put these songs on 'repeat' for hours... guaranteed!
The more women he breaks up with the better his songs.
by Vikar25I saw John McGlynn last Saturday in New Brunswick, NJ, as part of Anuna. I have to say his music highlighted the show. I recommend In Your Eyes more and If All She Has Is You. They hit places in your heart.

by acapellamanI saw Anuna last night in Columbus, Ohio and was absolutely blown away. John has impeccable talent and puts it to wonderful use. I listen to every song on the album, in order, repeatedly and am continually impressed by each new nuance I pick up with every listen. The album goes through joy, melancholy, euphoria, and just plain fun and is a must buy for those who enjoy folk/pop/Irish music with excellent musicality.
