If you want to hear beautiful music, this is the one to get!!!

I love these girls' sound. I disagree with the previous reviewer. I've heard these 3 sisters sing live and the recording does not do their voices justice. Their voices, harmonies and talent go far beyond what technology can capture. But over all this is some lovely work and would really recommend it. It's soulful, relaxing and just absolutely beautiful. Black is the Color is definitely my favorite but you have to check out their myspace page to hear their more modern stuff. That's hot.

Disappointed

I can only speak to the single purchase of You Raise Me Up, but I knew after only a few seconds that my purchase was, overall, a mistake. First, the good: The women harmonize well together and there are some, albeit few, beautiful moments, with the acoustic guitar (as heard in the 30 second preview). However, I am afraid that is the highlight. The synthesized instruments, and one is quite aware the instruments being heard are not real right from the beginning, take away from the grandeur of the song itself. The women's voices are weak at the lower registers and, I am afraid to say it, are not always in tune.
