Teen Nightmare

by ~*~LuCkY~*~

Katy Eggleton's nasal, emotionless voice is only complimented by her aimless lyrics and the useless clichés she seems to hold so near and dear. If you're searching for a list of every electricity metaphor in the English language, and possibly several others, look no further than "Like Something Electrical." Many of the riffs on this album have been stolen from other musical compositions. Skeptical? Give a little listen to "Quiet Without You." Obivously this artist was a little over-inspired by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey's scholastic romp, Grease. While the album art appears to be only slightly classless, a peek inside the booklet reveals an inappropriate photograph of Ms. Eggleton's hip region adorned with her thoughful lyrics. Aestheticism aside, this album fails to impress. Go Girrrrl!!11!!one!!1

Songs are beautifully done. Lovely job for someone who is sixteen.

kiiiiiind of dull... voice sounds same in each song. "like something electrical" should have more power in the vocals. also, work on CD track mix. voice is hard to hear. soso for a girl her age.
