One of the Best of the Celtic Folk Genre

by greg the ducky

Ed Miller produces some of the most addicting recordings of any artist to which I have ever listened. His voice is absolutely amazing, and I cannot say that I have listened to a song of his that I did not like. For those who have never listened to this album, I would most recommend "Gie the Fiddler a Dram," "Jock Stewart," or Lassie O' the Morning" as a taste. I first heard his music on the Irish and Celtic Music Podcast (which I would recommend for those who are interested in all music Celtic - Marc has amazing taste and puts out a good podcast). This is the first album that I have bought from that podcast because I already know a good number of songs from hearing them played over and over again on there while I'm at my lab bench at work. I hope to collect all of Ed's stuff in time, and if you're reading out there Ed, thank you for putting yourself out there on the podcast and please keep them coming!
