this does it for me
by jonmadisona listener, from beginning to end. from the man that brought you KRS-One's Life, tunnel rats production, Sometimes I Rhyme Slow (a ridiculously good Jose Gonzales "collaboration" ;-)
is the "debut" beat tape. He doesn't give himself enough credit on this one though, as it's definitely more than a beat tape, as these are great standalone compositions. Some are clearly more straightforward beats, but even then, he comes up with a great enough break that you don't mind any repetitiveness.
standout tracks are Isolated Bounce, Hymned Up, A Piece of Forever (tie), Happiness (tie for best on the album), Implied Movement...really all of them are great.

Nice beats
by ZeeDubbThere are some nice beats on this album. Unlike The Seattle Situation, these aren't really beats u would freestyle off of. It's more to just sick back and enjoy the unique beauty. Overall a decent instrumental cd...I actually want Dert to produce a cd for me
