Great Alterna-Pop!
by JMcGThese guys are awesome. Their sound draws on a lot of musical heritage -- including the likes of Johnny Mathis -- but they way they fuse it all together is a fresh and original sound. Had the pleasure of seeing them live twice...and they really rock. Tons of energy but none of it gratuitous. They know how to turn it up...and when to bring it down for more subtlety. No doubt this will become one of their classic albums. Looking forward to hearing more from The Dropzines! I'm thrilled they're here on itunes!
One of my favorite bands!

All their songs are well written and produced pop-rock gems, but I especially love "Sad Tuesday," "What Will My Mary Say," "Creature Comfort," and the instrumental "I'll Take You Downtowne." Check out this band if you get a chance; you won't be disappointed.
