Hopeful with promise
by jennheartsyouI remember Geoff from Big Bang St. Louis. When someone told me that he had songs on iTunes, I found it amusing. So, I stopped by and bought Take Me Back. It's so fun and happy and makes me dance in my seat like an idiot. The song shuffled up on my iPod while my boyfriend and I were out driving around. He looked at me and asked "Elvis Costello?" Which is the greatest compliment could Geoff could have gotten.
All that said, I went back and bought the whole album. There are some bright highlights on the album, such as Take Me Back and February, but poorly executed, boring tracks like Slightest Blue distract from how great the album could really be.
