Great American Music!
by Jerry JodiceI do a weekly independent music podcast called The Great American Music Hour (available on iTunes) and have recently begun playing Peter Spink's album "Heartland." I think this is truly American music in both style and content. Peter Spink has a very comfortable voice and turns a nice lyric phrase. The occasion violin or dobro flourish flesh out the songs and give them weight. I highly recommend this album.
