The best unsigned music in a while!
by shogunheroineZen Roses is art in its true form. It is commercial and hooky but retains great depth and character. Songwriter Warren Kimmel is a wonderful lyricist, vocalist, and guitarist, and his songs go from whimsical and light one minute to heart-wrenchingly passionate the next. The musicianship on the album is great, too! With featured players such as bassist, Ivan Bodley and drummer, Vito Pandolfo, Zen Roses is sure to hook your with its superior technicality and musicality.
This album has character, mood, color, tears, and laughs that come in all at the right time! Certainly, Kimmel's star is rising fast and steady!
