This music feels "old" in the best way possible. Different banjos on melodic tunes that drift across the mist of the Suwannee. This is my favorite of Mary Z Cox's releases. One talented woman.

Another highly innovative [and technically sublime] product from this exceptionally talented artist. Album has good variety of tunes and Ms. Cox uses several different banjoes on different songs that provide a variety of 'sound' to keep the listener interested. For you Fiddle Players, she has creatively taken traditional fiddle tunes and used them in interesting ways on the banjo. A solid product!
