by Kate0702You know those albums that your friends tell you about....yes, you know, those ones that are "so, like, totally good!"....this is not one of those albums.
This is show biz, kids, and this is a superb album. It's a fantastic album. Any stronger adjective than just 'good'.
Some performers are emotionless. They hit notes and that's all. It's refreshing to hear a new CD with a singer that is all emotion and pure talent. If you don't cry while you listen to this album, it's entirely possible that you're not human.
And now, of course, it's time for the obligatory MY FAVE SONGS!!! list:

Alrighty kids, time to go shopping on iTunes. So, which are you going to buy, the "OHEMGEELIKESOTOTALLYGOOD" one or this one, the classy, touching album that you'll be able to say you've owned for years when James Donegan wins his first Tony?
