by jack powersAfter being blown away by Staboola at a LIVE performance in Colorado, I anxiously awaited their debut CD. As expected, it is phenomenal. The original tracks are extemely musical and intelligent and performed with the energy and texture that is fast becoming their trademark. Each track spins varying rhythms and tempos with soaring, crisp solos, and the raw musicianship of the group exploding on the title track "What Now". The sound quality, mixing and mastering are of the highest quality on this CD. It is an absolute must have for any latin jazz fan.
