This cd is amazing!!!

The best!!! That is all. This is a man who didn't gently change music, he broke through the baracades with all the wonderful strength and love he had. Every 'modern' Jewish singer from SoulFarm and RebbeSoul from Moshav to Matisyahu from Mordechai B/ David to Country Yossi, from Chaim David to Simply Sfat owe their ability to perform to R' Shlomo Carlebach OBM. His legacy lives on with his beautiful daughter, Neshama and all his musical childen mentioned above.
If you have never heard R' Shlomo sing, I would recommend YAMIN USMOL or HASH-M MELECH. I never understood the idea of backing R' Shlomo with a choir in OD AVINU CHAI & EIN K'ELOKEINU. However, R' Shlomo always tried new things. I say kol ha kavod to iTunes for carrying more of R' Shlomo. My only request is MORE!!!! There are 4 cds of R' Shlomo telling stories and singing. If iTunes would carry those, personally I would gift hem to at least 40 people. :-)
