Ceremony of Innocence

Another fantastic album from Mr.Sharp. Pretty much a good album all around. I enjoyed Sorrows of the Moon and Un Coer On Hiver the most of all the tracks. Also there is a remix of Victory Not Vengeance not found on itunes.

A lost gem???

There didn't seem to be much noise made about this album when it was released back in 2002. Of course, that may have had to do with Doppler Effect's plan to go into hibernation. Regardless, as far as dance floor electro goes, it doesn't get much better than this. Clearly, Bio-Tek's best album by far. Master-mind Jonathan Sharp pushes his unique blend of driving beats and dark melodies to a new level. If the film "The Omen" had been given an industrial sound track, it would sound like this. As well, Bio-Tek has some fun on this effort, spoofing another well-know band's music with the song, "Vengance Not Victory." As well, he covers a classic UFO track, and even puts a satanic prayer by Alestar Crowley to music. "Ceremony of Innocence" is a must-own for anyone who loves Wumpscut, 70's horror films, and women in leather.
