Andy Gridley Rocks!
by MarvelrwalkI've gone to Christian private school all my life. In my junior high it was tradition for the 7th grade to go on a 3 night trip up to the Santa Cruz Mountain area (California) called "Spiritual Retreat". This was all orchestrated by the Bible teacher there who had sweet hook-ups and stuff. So when we went up there, Andy Gridley and his band was the worship team for every night. They were very good and I think that was the funnest I’ve ever had just worshiping God. Emanuel (from the “Green” album), Beautiful Girl, Gloria and Red Sky were the clear favorites that they played.
He has a real endearing voice; you’ll be hooked after a few listens. Since then I’ve seen him walking around the city where he lives, that neighbors my city, and I said hi and Also I had the privilege of seeing him play at Great America at a concert which was very cool. Andy Gridley If your reading this, keep making music. You rock!
