Not at all like 'The Ring'
by ReverendMossThe name is the same, but don't let spurious judgments fool you. This music is more folk-rock than emo-goth. The album cover is dark, but very little of the music is. Lyrically and vocally this is a great album. The production may be deep and echoed, but otherwise it's very well done.
I especially like the playfulness of the Hot Potato Jam. Instrumental coolness. For a work which foucuses on voice and guitar, it's worth a listen.
