New Brunswick, NJ's the Anderson Council formed in July of 1999. Lead vocalist/guitarist Peter Horvath and drummer/vocalist Brian King had previously been members in Seething Grey. After that group disbanded, Horvath and King decided to develop a new band that would be based on their interest in late-'60s...
