Frank Stallone's Valentine Band
by "SUPER K"Valentine's album is filled with great songs. Frank Stallone has a great voice as does Bob Tangier. The song " So sad to break up" should have been a huge hit. This album is work checking out.
Club Gigs and Rocky
by Trenton JeffValentine was built around the vocals and guitar of Frank Stallone (front and center), brother of actor Sly Stallone, a.k.a. Rocky Balboa. Growing up and performing in the Trenton, NJ area, Valentine had a strong following at the many clubs throughout Metro-Trenton and the New Jersey shore in the 70's.
In the first "Rocky" movie, the band can be seen and heard singing "Take It Back", acapella on a street corner. It still stands out as the best track on the album.
If there was ever a band that sounded better live on stage than in a recording studio, this one would have made that top list.

by TheLawlerYou wrote a review for a different band called Valentine....I have no idea who this Valentine is that is available through itunes , but the Valentine that you wrote a review for were great with a Steve Perry type vocalist (Hugo) , They later would change their name to Open Skyz , Then the singer Hugo would make solo albums!!!
