United By Sound pushes the borders of so many genres to their limits, simmering them down to a reduction of heavy hitting beats, complex melodies, and entrancing vocals. But one has not truly seen the mastery of United By Sound until they see them live. Find out when and where they are playing next and check them out, you will not be disappointed.
Diamond in the Rough!!!
I feel so lucky to have found this band!! I didn't take their cd out of my stereo for 2 weeks straight!!! I still get chills when I hear 'guns'. Their sound is what POP Music 'Should Be'. I'm just floored at the production on this album even though they supposedly recorded it in their apartment. Ms Ivey's voice is reminiscent of Goldfrapp and Gwen Stefani but she's got a style that is all her own. There isn't a doubt in my mind, they are going to be huge.

"Benjamin", "In Another Life", and "Hollywood" are just a few of the gems you'll find here with United by Sound. Backing vocal rhythms & textures are commonly overlooked in modern music making. There is no shortage of self confidence in the lead singers vocals. Hats off to the writers! A true inspiration to electronic musicians both established as well as up and coming. It's on my iPod - Nice one!
