Rock & Roll Moves (Andrew Benon)
by DeanH.Have you ever felt that you wished an era of music would keep going with new songs of a certain sound? Andrew Benon does just that with this album. It's an 80's vibe with a freshness that works today. It's like someone from another time came back to the future and kept on truckin'. The music made me happy, and I wanted to laugh because I felt like I recognized the feel of it, but I knew I hadn't hear THIS before. And it's no re-hash. It's new and original, but it still takes you back. Very clean, fun, big sound with a personal, funky touch and a "designerly vibe." It sounds like the cover looks! Do recommend. I had the pleasure of seeing this guy perform. If you get that chance, take it!

by Bjorn D.I am originally from Sweden and think that Andrew Benon would have a lot of fans there. He has managed to capture the sounds of a different time - the 80's - but in a way that sounds new. It sounds like the pop music of David Bowie, Duran Duran, Prince, etc.. Rock and Roll Moves has been in constant rotation at my house. My entire family loves this music. Highly Recommended.
