Excellent band - good solid Irish Trad
by JosieDeeThis is a very enjoyable album in the traditional Irish style. Great playing, singing, rhythm and tunes. With such enjoyable instrumentation (Irish pipes, Flute/Whistle, guitar, Irish drum), driving rhythm, original and traditional songs and interesting tunes, I hear that this group is also be great live!
This album really groves!
by Bryce68Great musicianship, great songs. These three guys know what they are doing, and sound like they are not afraid to have fun with it. Two great slow pieces on this that leave me wanting more. The vocals have an indie sound to them but are deeply based in the tradition. I highly recommend this cd to anyone, and suspect that we will be hearing more from these folks.
