Very relaxing - not distracting.
by dawngI work where there's a lot of noisy people - not a lot of privacy and it's hard to concentrate. I also have a tendency to get stressed easily. I have been listening to this soundtrack while working and it has really helped me relax and concentrate on my work. I've heard other soundtracks that are annoying because the nature sounds are too loud or out of "sync" with the music, but this one really flows nicely.

I recommended it to one of my best friends, as well as my mother, and both have fallen asleep within the first couple of minutes of the recording; it's that peaceful. I would recommend this to both people who have anxiety and need sounds to help visualize (to minimize panic attacks) and also to those who have a hard time falling asleep. It's worth getting.

by liBBYI love this so much. I put it on when i feel stressed or am falling asleep. It has soft background music in it too which I very much enjoy. It even has birds chirping in ocassionally. If you are looking for peace and grace, you just found it.
