Writing the Wrongs - Something for everyone
by A New Beth FanWhat I like about this collection is that the writer/artist seems to have rediscovered the lost art of story-telling that country music used to be known for years ago. When I read about The Devil's Wife in a trade magazine - I was curious about the title. The song is well worth the high praise lavished upon it in the country/folk music circles. If you download nothing else, download The Devil's Wife.

by Section 17Beth is an awesome songwriter and vocalist. I bought this CD the first day it was out, since I had been following the progress of the CD and am a huge fan of Beth's work. Her voice is pure and the songs are heart felt. Her rendition of You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive is by far the best i've heard. Each song takes you to a different place and I highly recommend buying the entire album to get the full experience of her music.
